Dr. Alex McDougall

MD, FRCPC, Dip. CSCN (EMG)

Dr. Alexandre McDougall is a physician at Infini Health specializing in non-surgical sports, spine, hand/wrist, electrodiagnostic, and regenerative medicine. He earned his undergraduate degree at McGill University and his medical degree from the Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry. Dr. McDougall completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Toronto (2018-2023) and is currently completing a fellowship in Spine and Sports Medicine at the Hospital for Special Surgery. 

Dr. McDougall is an expert in fluoroscopic and ultrasound-guided pain treatments, as well as diagnostic musculoskeletal and peripheral nerve ultrasound. He emphasizes rehabilitation as a cornerstone of treatment and offers interventional pain management to help patients return to the activities they love. 

Outside the clinic, Dr. McDougall trains medical residents at the University of Toronto and conducts research on regenerative medicine, sports medicine, and peripheral nerve disorders. In his free time, he enjoys soccer, CrossFit, running, and traveling with friends and family.
