If PRP Is Not Appropriate for the Auction Winner:
If, following medical assessment, PRP treatment is determined to be clinically inappropriate, or in the unlikely event that treatment is not able to proceed, the PRP treatment kit may be transferred to another suitable candidate.
Any alternate recipient must have a valid referral from their primary care physician and will be required to undergo a standard medical assessment and review process prior to treatment. Transfer of the kit does not guarantee eligibility or treatment, and all clinical decisions remain at the discretion of the treating physician.

Absolute Contraindications:
PRP treatment is contraindicated and will not be offered in the presence of any of the following conditions, due to safety concerns or lack of therapeutic efficacy:
Thrombocytopenia (low baseline platelet count).
Known platelet dysfunction syndromes.
Active systemic infection or sepsis.
Active malignancy, particularly hematologic or bone cancer.
Severe anemia.
Relative Contraindications:
The following conditions may preclude treatment or require modification, deferral, or specialist consultation:
