What is the referral process at Infini Health?

As a specialty clinic, we require a referral before scheduling your consultation or procedural appointment. Referrals can be made by a Physician, Nurse Practitioner, Physiotherapist, or Chiropractor. Once we receive your referral, our team will review it and contact you to book your appointment. 

What private pay services does Infini Health offer? 

We provide enhanced injection options for Frozen Shoulder, Tendinosis, Osteoarthritis, and Spasticity, as well as enhanced Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) and Prolotherapy injections. Learn more about our specialized treatments here.

How long does it take to get an appointment?

Once your referral has been received and we have entered the information into our system, you should hear from us within 2 weeks. Please note that appointment wait times can vary depending on the procedure you require — some may be available as soon as 2 weeks, while others can take up to 3 months

Where are the Calgary clinics located?

Our Performance & Rehabilitation Centre (Procedure Site) is located at 431 58th Avenue SE, Calgary, AB T2H 0P5. Some GPS systems may show the address as 429 58th Avenue SE — this is the same building we share with Subway. This clinic's entrance is located on the South side of the building, behind Subway.  

Our Diagnostic Centre (Assessment Site) is located at 10003 24 St SW, Calgary, AB T2V 4J8. We share the building with Panther Sports Medicine. 

Is parking available at your Calgary clinics? 

At our Performance & Rehabilitation Centre (Procedure Site) there is available parking behind the building, where you will also find accessible parking stalls. At our Diagnostic Centre (Assessment Site), there is available parking in the lot directly in front of the building. 

Where is the Hamilton clinic located, and is parking available?

Our Hamilton clinic is located at 1544 Main Street West in a purple building. Parking is available around the building, including accessible stalls

Yes! All of our doctors are currently accepting new patients

How do I know which Calgary clinic my appointment is at? 

Infini Health has two Calgary locations: 

  • Performance & Rehabilitation Centre (58th Avenue SE) 

  • Diagnostic Centre (Assessment Site – Oakridge) 

Please check your confirmation email to see which clinic your appointment will be at. You’ll also receive reminder emails 14 days, 7 days, and 1 day before your appointment, including the clinic name, address, and directions

As a patient, will my health insurance cover treatments at Infini Health in Calgary?

Health insurance coverage depends on the type of treatment you need, your insurance provider, and plan. Our team can help guide you through your options. Call us in Calgary. 

  • Personalized Rehabilitation (Physiotherapy & Chiropractic): Private billing only, not covered by Alberta Health Care, although some coverage may be available on Veterans Affairs and RCMP plans. 

  • Prolotherapy: Private billing only, not covered by Alberta Health Care, although some private insurance plans may cover it.  

  • Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) Therapy: Private billing only, not covered by Alberta Health Care. 

  • Hyaluronic Acid Injections: Private billing only, not covered by Alberta Health Care.
