MD, BSc (Physics, Computer Science), MSc (Condensed Matter Physics) 

Dr. Martin Breton is a highly experienced medical doctor with a diverse scientific background. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Computer Science, a master's in Condensed Matter Physics, and completed four years of research in Medical Genetics at the University of Toronto, where he earned his medical degree. Dr. Breton has training in interventional radiology, anesthesia, and surgical assisting. His focus on mental health and chronic pain management developed during his nearly four-year tenure at Toronto's Centre for Addiction and Mental Health, where he led both the Dual Diagnosis and Geriatric units.

With a passion for addressing chronic pain, Dr. Breton pursued advanced training in medical hypnosis and prolotherapy. He trained in prolotherapy through the American Osteopathic Association of Prolotherapy Regenerative Medicine and learned directly from a leading expert in the field. Now based in Calgary, AB, Dr. Breton practices prolotherapy and also trains others in this innovative approach to pain management.
